Holiday Shipping Information
Purchases are shipped via FedEx and most will arrive within 10 business days of receipt of the order. Please take this into consideration when ordering for holiday gifts.
Dec 10 is the last day to order for guaranteed delivery by Dec 24.

Shipping Information - APPAREL & GIFTS
Purchases are shipped via USPS from the warehouse and most purchases arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order.
Shipping Information - DENS
Purchases are shipped via FedEx & UPS from our warehouse and most purchases arrive within seven to ten business days of receipt of the order.

You will receive shipping and tracking information from Customer Service via email to track your order.
Orders placed by 5pm PST/ 8pm EST will ship out within 2 business days.

ALL XX-LARGE AND XXX-LARGE CRATES
Some of our products are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. Once your crate arrives at the carrier's destination location, the carrier will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer 4 hours appointment windows. The items will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided when you placed the order. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the items inside your home, however several truck companies offer additional services to help move the items into your house with additional charge. We do not offer this service at this time. When the freight company picks up the items from our distribution center, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipping company directly to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services. Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, notify us immediately. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
