Your new Canine Comfort Bed is covered by a Limited 10 year Warranty for the original owner and is non-transferrable.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the Bed and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Bed. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, this Warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”
This Warranty extends to the memory foam manufactured by DenHaus and purchased directly from DenHaus. No warranty will be extended for purchases through 3rd party vendors. DenHaus warrants the Bed in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship.
Deterioration causing the Bed to have a visible indentation greater than one (1.5″) one and one half inches that is not associated with an indentation or sag which resulted from improper use. Any physical flaw in the Bed that causes the foam material to evidence degradation, split or flatten, despite normal usage and proper handling. All other defects are covered under our regular return policy.
Any Bed which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of instructions, including instructions to place bed on proper foundation. A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Bed. Defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains. Beds sold “as-is”, “open box”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Bed is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
In the event of a Defect (as defined above), DenHaus's sole liability and your sole remedies under this Warranty will be:
For the first 10 years of ownership, we will replace your Bed with a brand new Canine Comfort Bed at absolutely no charge to you.
